Mega Megalodons of Hawaii

Fossilized Alligator Jaw Section

Fossilized Alligator Jaw Section

This fossilized Alligator jaw section has been described as *ferocious looking!"

This heavily mineralized, 2 million year old section of fossilized Alligator lower jaw dates to the early Pleistocene in Florida.

Size is approximately 6 inches long,1-3/4 inches wide and 3-3/4 inches tall. Heavy weight.

There are nine teeth that were glued into the jaw with reconstructed roots to keep teeth from dropping out of the jaw.
A small small amount of epoxy resin is on the base so the jaw stands vertically.
Without a doubt a striking display piece!
